Dr. Dotson believes your overall health starts with a health smile. Our office does not want finances to keep you from making the best dental care decisions for you and your family members. We keep our fees reasonable because we want to help you afford the smile you and your loved ones deserve. That is also why we honor all major credit cards and also offer a 3 month in-office payment plan. If extended payments are needed we participate with CareCredit. Our policy is not to put financial situations in front of dental care. We try our best to deliver the finest dental care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.
We understand that special circumstances sometimes exist. We will do our best to see that arrangements are made so that you can receive the treatment that you want and need. If you need to discuss other payment options for major dental treatment then simply ask.

Billing and Insurance
At our dental office, affordability for our patients is important.
Since we are a fee-for-service dental provider, payment is expected when services are rendered. We also accept all PPO insurance plans as an out of network provider - PPO plans allow patients to select a dentist of their choice. Patients pay for their treatment at the time of service; as a courtesy we electronically file your claim and the insurance reimbursement check is sent directly to the patient.
Most insurance companies respond to dental claims within 7-10 business days. If there are any issues regarding your claim, no worries, our dental team will advocate for all our dental insurance patients to the best of our abilities to maximize their insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
*Please Note: Because there are so many insurance options available and a wide variety of factors can affect your coverage, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit. A consultation with your carrier about the amount and extent of your coverage will help prevent any confusion, misunderstandings, or frustration about your financial responsibility for certain services.
